The mission of Grace Gardens is to promote the health and well-being of the local population by providing high-quality, easily accessible, safe, effective, efficient, patient-centered, affordable, equitable and timely care to the local population. Grace Gardens is committed to providing services that will exceed the expectations of our patients, resulting in a healthy community.
VISION
Because the treatment of infectious diseases in the less privilege and medically underserved is our passion for life, we are committed to be the leader in building healthiest communities. Grace Gardens is committed to sow, nurture and be the place of “GRACE” which freely gives and receives.
